It's a shame if she's not (or at least didn't play it and then they dubbed a more professional version over it) - from 0:03-4 it does look like she's playing it with at least the right hand; my observation about the technique was because I couldn't tell if she was hitting the Bb or not). The version of her in black plays something at least similar, too, as it looks like the last discernible chord is some sort of G chord, which is congruent with the chord at the beginning of Measure 10 of the Rondo Alla Turca.
