I'm starting to think that this is a real personal piece about herself. Darkga vs Classyga.

It's like her classy side is at the forefront, but her dark side becomes rebellious and restless until she explodes out. Then her classy side becomes annoyed at the dark side, but the dark side always lures her back in with her charm. They compete with each other, but ultimately get along.

If you watch it again and think about them as both competing for dominance it makes sense... to me... I just don't know if I make sense

Well as a trained pianist myself. It’s obvious That white Gaga’s finger placement is off during the Turkish March. I’m not doubting it’s her playing the piece in a recording, but her fingers are definitely off in the commercial, but it’s really nothing to make a big deal out of.

I studied my masters in piano performance as well, but these kinds of things are not worth explaining to people here. It used to always annoy me seeing wrong hand placement / finger positions in movies and commercials, but most people here haven’t studied piano enough to understand how obvious it is to a trained pianist that the positioning is way off. 

I am not doubting that she’s playing the few measures in a recording, because like you said it’s not that difficult to learn just a few measures of a piece for a commercial like this. I am still impressed, however, that she has the ability to play like this considering how long she’s been away from classical piano music.
