Such he a selfish action to try taking your own life by risking the lives of others. He should get punishment and of course, treatment.

Also, it didn't mention in the article that it was a suicide jump? 

It would probably be charged as manslaughter (unintentional murder that could have been prevented had the guilty avoided the questionable or wrong act)...

 

So his sentence wont be as severe as higher degrees of murder plus his mental health will be taken into consideration as well as his age but likely some degree of legal concequences may still lurk him.

 

Suicide is never the way but... on a road its even worse because u endanger others in the process

As someone who attempted suicide once i can say that i have no respect for people that involve others in this, do it at your own home, do it in a secret spot, but dont ruin other people's lives that had nothing to do with your pain. Thats pure selfishness no matter the excuse

Y'all need to chill. He's 12-hes a child. He shouldn't be punished, he should get treatment. Period, end of story. It's absolutely tragic what happened to that woman, but its also absolutely tragic that a 12 year kid was hurting so bad they wanted to kill themselves in that way.
