LG6: A Potential Nightmare?

I've never been out of my seat and lost so many brain cells while reading this thread of multiple people fighting a person who literally has NO idea about genres or anything. I mean, my mind has shut down wth

 

Sticking back to the topic (which most people don't do in this thread), I just wish that she isn't controlled, and forced by anybody. She shouldn't scrap more stuff, I mean, just release it if you want to. Genre doesn't matter, which I've learned from the transition of ARTPOP to Joanne, as long as she''s happy and not like, "You need to ****ing do this, and do this, do this, do this" until she burns Interscope down and bam.

She's versatile, as long as those shitty monsters that is stuck in the atmosphere of Pop Music, Pop Music, Pop Music, Pop - Pop, Bussy Pop, POP, are now gone, she's free, and doesn't collect any hate.

According to this recent poll, rock got its ass handed to it by synth/dance pop and disco.

every thread i’ve seen has been full of people (in the comments too) asking or supporting the idea of rock

plus this website represents a tiny portion of this fanbase so there’s a chance even more would like rock or pop or both

I agree that she shouldn't be controlled, not I think she will be or has ever been (except maybe for ARTPOP?), but she certainly needs a team that knows how to guide her and tell her what's good and what's not.

I'm not gonna say no fans want rock (it did place third in the poll after all)

But I don't that's what what the majority of fans want. I haven't seen evidence to suggest that that's the majority opinion.

I actually like the jarring shifts in genre influences on her pop music. It makes her music far more interesting

i don't think that's what the majority wants either but a good portion do, it's the user i was arguing with before who was acting like rock is only for emos and losers and nobody wants it

Yeah, that guy was being a little much lol. I know a ton of people in real life that like rockish music. Including friends I have in high school. So I know that rock isn't just for Emos and losers. Hell, who doesn't sing along with "I Write Sins, Not Tradgedies"? 

That said, I'm on team return to pop rn. But I wouldn't mind some rock songs on LG6. It could be fun.
