The video was released on VEVO, February 9. That's Thursday, the SPS tracking starts the next day (Friday), then ends on Thursday. In between those days it should've accumulated enough amount of streams in order to chart right? And i mean, i understand that it wasn't even a single nor a promo single, but it was promoted on Beats1 and had a freakin video. and we know that streams have the biggest impact on the charts in this current day and age.
