Not that Perfect Illusion is my favorite or anything, it's just it was a lead single for a highly anticipated album, so I was determined to listen to it over and over until I hated it...which didn't end up happening before the full album released like it did with the other lead singles. iTunes says I've listened to Perfect Illusion over 3000 times, and that's not including the times I've listened to it in the car or on the plane. But, Mary Jane Holland is my all-time favorite song, and I feel like I've listened to it more. I especially don't ever get tired of it like I might other songs. And I have no idea what it is about the song. I also prefer the demo's prechorus better.
