Generally, I think the crime rate has gone up due to petty theft increasing.  I know the roll out of the new benefits system is really hitting some people and their families hard, some who relied on benefits to survive were cut off from receiving them for six to eight weeks during the transition which I think caused crimes like stealing from shops to rise.

Hate crimes also jump up and down, the most noticeable spikes were the results of the referendum and the terrorist attacks that happened although this wouldn't have caused a 13% increase.

they are squeezing people pretty hard in the Uk with house prices. there is high rents and mortgage costs as they continue to limit supply. meanwhile the butter mountain has vanished in europe not because of less butter, there is actually more, they have managed to increase demand. cows are paying under £50 per year 'rent' for the same amount of land as the average housing plot whilst people are being squeezed for ever more including subsidizing the farmers to make this economical so they can get sick on junk foods. In russia on the other hand you can get a 2.5 acre plot for free and create a home and healthy food supply. crime rates are higher in high density cities it is well established in the data. same like how the animals go insane and resort to cannibalism in factory farms.

its like a pyramid scheme, albeit a particularly harmful one fueling crime among many other harms. they need to keep house prices rising otherwise the 'investors' will get worried and the whole thing could come crashing down once they realise they are paying way over the odds for a liability. most of it is contaminated with lead that still gets airborne. http://urbanleadpoisoning.com/

Yet another example of an arrogant interpretation of the 'United Kingdom' as just London.

the first one on the list is near Sellafield nuclear power station in the middle of nowhere with no jobs or land plots big enough for self sufficiency.

"Sellafield: the most hazardous place in Europe"

https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2009/apr/19/sellafield-nuclear-plant-cumbria-hazards

the houses are expensive for such a liability. "Copeland is most overweight borough, while Cumbria is most obese county." http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/englands-fattest-places-copeland-most-3111198

Sellafield has always been a nightmare! Mind you so has Hinkley, Doonreay and Calder. The plants in Northern France are just as bad but their leaks ae more secretive. Sellafield should've shut down years ago when it was called Windscale.

God knows what the hell is happening with the rusting Russian ones and still leaking Fukushima. Its all a mess.

I don't know why that has anything to do with one of Trumps latest lies though???
