Complaining that they'll get in trouble if the leak it, what's the worst that could happen? It's not like if they leak it a zombie apocolapse will start... Probably because they either paid for it (and it sucks to waste money by leaking something you paid for), or they want to keep it to themselves for awhile because the song is rare.
