It’s exactly the same. As Donatella and Karma Bitch are. And Still Love Trance and Aura/Burqa (although that one has a few very minor differences) 

 

Zedd presented this instrumental to Gaga in 2012, she liked it, got him signed to Interscope and they made Onion Girl with it. She scrapped it, he took it back, he got new vocalists for it on his own album. 

 

The chances of it being different are very slim. If anything, Onion Girl may not have the last minute or two in this 5 min instrumental but who knows. Zedd and Gaga did once say that they weren’t gonna make 3:30 music to fit the radio.

I wonder if she had radio in mind for Joanne as she new the sound would be harder for radio to adopt. She threw them at least one bone with shorter song lengths lol
