This is the Nevadan definition of terrorism, but it doesn't override the government/dictionary definition of terrorism.

I love you. No matter what the masses cry, this word has had a definition for a long time where motivation was the determining factor.

It bothers me when people throw around the word terrorism freely :awkney:

But there is. 35 people were killed and 24 were injured in a mass shooting in Australia in April 1996, at the time it was the worst known mass shooting in modern history. Gun control laws were swiftly introduced after and there has not been a mass shooting since.

You're assuming the laws prevented one? Maybe there wouldn't have been another either way. Explain how NZ didn't have a comparable mass shooting, yet people in NZ can still own things like this.

The American Govt needs to stand up to the NRA and fix this problem.

I read this as "the American government needs to stand up to the American people" biblio.gif the NRA doesn't make laws. Politicians make laws based on what their voters want.

Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.

While Trump is addressing the horrible acts that occurred in Las Vegas and giving solace to the families and the nation, HIllary Clinton is using it as a political platform against the NRA...

This is no time to be political, and there is no way to prevent things like this happening. It is easy to acquire assault guns and no law against guns is going to stop people from getting these weapons. Apparently the shooter was in the military and has PTSD.

aside from that, this is a incredibly sad and horrible thing. It could happen to ANY of us, especially during concerts. :(

oh shut up...

That's probably just 1% of the comments he has tried to politicize and take advantage of when it came to tragedies. You should be ashamed.

Well, they did have that thing with the 43 missing students.

Anyways, Hillary is wrong. It's not "the NRA", it's the voters:

i sorta agree.  Yes we can try to enforce gun laws but they will find ways to get guns anyway.  No amount of laws can prevent these things.  They will still happen
