Pet Peeves in songs that ruin it for you?

What are some of your pet peeves when listening to songs?

One of the things that bothers me the most is when a song has a lazy/boring/repetitive chorus (@Work, @LWYMMD as examples :awkney: ) It's just so annoying and ruins all the momentum of a potentially good song (If the beat is good, it might be salvageable, but not usually)

Also I've noticed that many songs put zero effort into a good bridge, and half the time it's just an instrumental/feature anyways. Gaga has some AMAZING and epic bridges (Judas, GUY, MTN, Gypsy, PI come to mind instantly, even going way back to The Fame and Money Honey. She has her fair share of lazy ones tho too @ The Cure :poot:) But it seems like so  many other artists don't really care. You can tell when a song just doesn't know what to do in-between the second chorus and last chorus so it's just some lazy instrumental or random sounds or repeating things from the other verses in a slightly different way)

What do you guys think?

Bad Kids

Songs with very repetitive instrumental.

e.g. Work From Home, Fancy

And when you say my name, like white horses on the waves, I think it feels the same, as an ocean in my veins.

Grammatical errors bother me. There are too many songs with "don't" where it should be "doesn't"

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

DrKindnessKunt1999

-The tryhard "indie" vocals

-a lazy instrumental (which seems to be trendy since 2015)

-whispery vocals are used to hide the fact that the "singer" doesn't know how to sing

-the sound of snapping

Then end of the song and I want to hear just the instrumental til it fades out but the singer keeps singing.
