The simple truth is they're stick-on appliquės. Slap on and go! Specially made of course, but cosmetic companies should have hopped on board and launched their own. Once upon a time Lancôme used to have these seasonal novelty things like Swarowski teardrops to glue on your face, holographic micro glitter powder and some complex irridescent stuff to dab on your cheekbones called Rainbow Star. What are the big companies afraid of these days! Everything limited edition creates hype and hysteria. And they must have used some special glue. Its amazing the stuff you can find in suppliers of proffessional makeup.
