The thing is...Katy Perry lacks charisma, her voice is dull and you end up focusing too much on the props, because she pulls out a different cheap ass prop for EVERY SINGLE SONG. Thats great. then if you focus on Katy looks like all that production is there just to cover her obvious lack of stage presence. Her speeches, her vocals, her moves... bad as always. Great show tho. I don't get people saying the budget is noticeably lower or something?This looks just as big if not bigger than PWT My only complaint is the setlist. It's basically the same hits from PWT with some Witness tracks thrown in. I would have liked her to mix other singles or album cuts. With four albums she's at a stage where she has more things to choose and to vary a bit more. Some people you go see for the vocals, others for their personality and others because they put on a fun show, which is what Katy does. I'm not trying to "shade", I'm trying to give a slightly logical critic based on medium quality non-professional videos.
