This is exactly why such heinous incidents keep occurring. The perpetrators are not penalized, and thus have nothing to fear. Do they think by not imprisoning him he'd be overwhelmed with guilt and remorse over his actions and not commit them again? What goes through their heads??????? Just add some melanin, and he would've been given the harshest punishment for the crime. Rape is rape no matter who does it. It was never right, and it'll never be. This man should be jailed and punished to the fullest extent of the law for what he's done. This is just extra proof to the giant pile of evidence proving the widespread corruption in the NYPD.
