Which will come first? LG6 or KH3?

i dont think we'll get LG6 until 2019, 2018 will be all about a star is born and a soundtrack for the movie i dont think she'll put out 2 albums in one year

KH3 will go out when Disney will stop release new original movies.. Frozen and Moana might be there now because they need to keep things fresh and there's this idea now that "old" is not selling.. and their aim is the young now, even if it's the 3rd game..

Kingdom Hearts has evolved to be more of a Square Enix thing, honestly. And while Disney is working in tandem with Square, it's mostly going to be Japanese Disney.

While we have no confirmation of Frozen in KH3, I doubt Moana will be in it. Videogames are not like albums, which can be changed in the months before release. Moana was worked upon and released this year.

Tangled, BH6, Toy Story, an Olympus are all definite settings of KH3, wth KH3 following up what happens in BH6, and an original storyline for the Toy Story world, taking place after two, but not having any tying canon to Toy Story 3. There has been no ideas released upon the story in Tangled. Mount Olympus is obvious if anyone knows what happens in 0.8 or DDS.

Plus Kingdom Hearts has a mix of fans. People are not expecting the same of Kingdom hearts as they do Disney. The fandoms are of different expectations.

Defs more hyped for KH3. It's my number one game by a landslide. I need more Gaga music, but I've been waiting 10 years for KH3, so I think I've waited enough at this point

Thanks for the clarification, I'm just really worried of how many games, movies and cartoons are changing faces and becoming more kids-friendly and "popular".. it's like I really feel that my childhood is ruing in everything that I love..

Funny, I find with each entry in the KH series, it grows more mature.

But the Disney fandom and KH fandom are rather different. It's more of Square's baby than Disney's. And the game has never really been about Disney characters besides those with permanent places in the storyline.

Yes there is a younger generation interested in the games, but Sqare knows who will be buying the product.

The fandom of KH is weird, being made of those who enjoy JRPGs, Disney, and Square's works. Also, lots and lots of Ho Yay.

I think Square also is looking to appease even their more niche game audiences, having included  The World Ends With You, and Dog Street, two titles not even related to FF, in KH.

I don't think Square would ever bend o Disney'swill for a release date. Plus it's a game. It's not going to compete with a movie.

KH trapped in development hell, we might never see it until 2022 and the hyped is all gone by then.

2018 will be another TS, Bey and Rhenna year

LG6 might be 2019 and then Katy follow her up after that as usual

Actually at this point, I think KH3 has to be released next year.

The only reason why FFXV was even released last year was because the team creating it was under contract. It would've definitely been released his year if Square could have.

Also, Square dug themselves into a hole with KH. They released a trailer with 2018 in it. If 2018 is not the release year, there will be people on the streets.
