President Donald Trump will personally donate $1 million to Tropical Storm Harvey recovery efforts, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Thursday.

“He’s pledging a million dollars of personal money to the fund,” she said.

Sanders said the president would like help from reporters in deciding which organization should receive the funds. Sanders said the president is “proud” to support the people of Texas and Lousiana.
