Why didn't Gaga('s team) didn't take more time to recover from her hip(February-June-July-August,which is just 4-6 months),and after her problems healed,just finish the last remaining BTWB dates? And the era was already starting to suffer, the last single was not very successful and we were starting to see people saturated of Gaga. She also had spent months questioning if she would ever be able to perform again, so maybe she didn't want to go back to something that traumatic? But she and Inez and Vinoodh did the ARTPOP promo photoshoot on July 1 and 2 and filmed the Applause video on July 17(while she was still meant to be recovering),and that had a lot of choreography.But I still get what you mean.Performing in a studio is different then for a whole arena/stadium. Nicole 1,809 Posted August 25, 2017 Share Posted August 25, 2017 I think going straight to almost daily 2hr performances probably wasn't recommended by her doctor. Filming music videos is different, you learn the choreo, do the takes and it's done. It doesn't take 6 months.
