Album: Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real (self-titled) and the tracks are Find Yourself, Carolina and Set Me Down On A Cloud even though I'm not sure about this one. I remember that I've read in that article when Find Yourself was released that she is credited in two songs (not only Find Yourself) but the last article said that she is credited only in a total of two songs which include Find Yourself and Forget About Georgia.
