Will a dark Taylor era be successful?

It seems like Taylor is going dark this era. In my opinion this is the opposite of what the gp expect from Taylor, she's mostly been light and friendly in her past. Now she's trying something completely new, and like we've seen happen this year with a certain someone  they weren't very successful. 

Could this happen to Taylor? Will the GP accept a dark Taylor? Im already disliking her cover and art work from this era.

there wont be a dark taylor  its just popular for female popstars to have dark artwork to make them appear more masculine. She will do basic pop but try and brand it as dark and alternative

I doubt it will be dark, let's be honest even the cover ain't that dark it's just a black and white photo of her with some writting on it like wow much dark much scary much creepy  

now whay we should be scured of is her taking our Million Reasons Grammy with this new single like ugh we all know she's gonna slay this era too 

unlessss she flops like katy which we all thought would slay but idkkk

I'm here for it, but I truly hope she doesn't play into media scandal as she has her entire career. It's so tired and expected at this point. 

If she can serve us MEANINGFUL music, I'm here for it.

I don't doubt her songwriting skills, she'll deliver lyrics for sure. I really hope she wrote about everything that the media said about her. Seems petty, but she got dragged for filth.

Didn't we say the same about Katy? Well idk I don't think she will flop but I wouldn't be surprised if she does also.

Katy sold plenty of her past songs because of the sex bomb image. I mean, remember how she wore those skimpy clothes on Sesame Street that enraged all parents?  That image is not here cos she cut those hair. T$ doesn't rely to that kind of thing, she have her own arsenal.

I didn't! I would never compare Katy to Adele. Also, I predicted that Taylor would continue to come out on top. She has an established and extremely loyal fanbase and is a smart business person.
