I feel the exact opposite, really. It's the verses that are the problem

"get Ginger ready 'cause we're coming up front"

"skeleton guns are wedding bells in the attic"

Bish wut? :flop:

She says: "get Ginger ready, climb El Camino front" :flop:

Melodically, it was weak. With a little tweaking to that, she could've come up with something far superior. But other elements of the song make up for it.

I agree

Also the instrumental>>>>>>>>>>the song

Never really care for most intrumentals to songs, but I agree. The instrumental to Marry the Night is amazing.

I love MTN but the only thing I don't like is that it's a bit repetitive. Every second line is "I'm gonna marry the night"

Marry the Night has a fantastic chorus and I think if it had been given Judas' single slot, it would have done much better than Judas did. As the 5th single with a long artistic video, that single didn't stand a chance and I think we all at least partially knew that from the moment it was announced.

By that time anyone who was interested in Gaga's new material had already gotten the album or at least gone through the previews and found which songs they like from the album. I've actually heard a lot of people driving around playing Schiesse, Government Hooker, and Heavy Metal Lover although they were never singles.

No. Bad Kids has by far the worst chorus. So much potential wasted shakeno.gif

true :nails:

but then again, I hated the whole song :nacho:

Electric Chapel's chorus is worse

So much potential.. wasted.

I kinda like EC's chorus cause it's very chillout and relaxing...

she said she came up with the chorus while she was recording the song on the spot. if she waited 10 more minutes i bet she coulda came up with something better.

Don't turn this into a bash thread. The song is so beautiful and personal, I mourn the absence of your logic, because you don't realize how this song is superior in every way.
