Cut telephone, do DWUW there instead so it's Just Dance, LoveGame, DWUW. Cut Alejandro altogether. End that act at Scheiße. But add Judas after John Wayne for a smooth transition into Scheiße from Judas.

I don't know what she should cut, but she should add the following:

Sexxx Dreams to the red Bloody Mary/Alejandro/DIC section

Speechless before Million Reasons in the encore

Sinner's Prayer to the opening act 

Judas and Aura to the black catsuit section 

Marry The Night, Venus and Dance In The Dark added at some point. 

So overall, there are 8 songs I wish she'd added to the setlist, but it's too hard for me to cut anything. 

I hate to say it, but the Joanne material in the Angel Down section went down like a wet sock at my show. The entire audience was bored save for a few diehard monsters singing along. I know this holds special meaning to her but it's obvious that it doesn't come across too well live. Maybe she could just add Joanne (the song) into another act and cut the rest of the slow paced act (Angel Down/the whole Joanne outro).
