Does anybody remember Gaga arriving in Seoul a week before her first Born This Way Ball show? :firega:

And the local church organizing the praying session to cast Gaga out of South Korea? :selena:

Did she not bring her whole production to Korea or something?

Also, I hope Gaga does this venue next time. It's bigger than an arena but not as big as the stadium.

They just HAVE to make it about Japan don't they. Their inferiority complex never ends

they're ALWAYS obsessing over Japan, i bet those Korean fans wouldn't drag her that hard if Japan wasn't involved

it's sad but funny at the same time

stay mad I guess

Excuse me, the stage looks better now in South Korea than when I saw her in Barcelona

Wait what? She is literally busy embarking on a WORLD TOUR. Did they expect her to stay in South Korea and do these?

Well what do they expect her to do? Lol

To be fair, I watched Ari before and yes, she just doesn't interact that much and has minimal stage presence. It's not a very personal experience. That's why I didn't bother to watch her show this time.

A cringe. Didn't know a concert was rated by how many days the artists stayed in the country.

Koreans are just pissed coz Ari stayed in Japan for 5 days and didn't even stay a day in Korea. It's their Independence Day so their hate towards Japan is at max level that day. They are also dragging her for being insensitive because she didn't care Korean history enough. :toofunny: I mean Live Nation scheduled everything these people are overly sensitive tbh.

They have to find a celebrity to attack every year the same day. Last year was someone from Girl's Generation because of a Japanese Instagram post. Ari is just this year's unlucky victim. As a kpop listener I understand how kpop stans are even more ruthless than us gays.

Koreans and Chinese do have something towards Japan. I understand that. Like imagine your ancestors are forced to become prostitutes (for female) and slaves (male) in Japan. How Japanese government never acknowledged all that history is making it worse. Mitsubishi literally compensated the slaves years back then, Jpn gov still call that part fake history. :grr:

Spoiler

I'm ethnic Chinese but I don't particularly hate Japan I even go there multiple times a year, I was just stating facts so don't come at me:sweat:

The point is that it was Korea's Independence Day when Ari arrived so they are super sensitive that day.

Born To Slay

Those people can take seats. She doesn't have to say in Korea or give **** about Korean history. She's a pop star, you're not paying her to spend time in or learn about ur country. Ur paying her to perform a show.

As far as her interaction with the crowd, yeah it's not much. It wasn't when she did her NYC shows earlier this year either. The only memorable thing she said was to always be ourselves and spoke a few minutes about that. She doesn't talk that much but she talks enough that she's not Britney Spears level of no interaction.

Its unfortunate that they have to be so jealous of Japan instead of just appreciating what they have. They need to get the **** over themselves.

Yeah I know all of that

but Ariana Grande had nothing to do with that and yet suffered the lashings, Koreans always try to make everything about Japan, it's not cute

its understandable tho, when your whole country talks about Japan that day, you will find sth to judge as long as its related to Japan. The new blockbuster movie in Korea is also loosely based on that part of history. Many people are just triggered :toofunny:

What did you expect her to wear to a benefit show? She wore a sweater that was being sold there to raise money, some comfy jeans, and heels to match the height of her dancers as always. And her signature hair/makeup look. She's not going to serve a look at a benefit show for children who tragically were killed for ****s sake

Everytime I see you post something, you sound so negative and tired. I wasn't trying to be offensive or mean, just saying my opinion.. about her clothes. Calm the **** down.

Sending love and good thoughts your way. You don't seem to have enough of that.

You don't really know anything about me this is a pop forum. I have a great life and lots of family and friends who I care about, not to mention school, a job, gym, hobbies...

I challenge you to be less judgemental and your posts about Ariana prove that's a lesson you could learn!
