You'd have to be able to prove that they knew they had it. You'd have to pay a lawyer, pay to file... prob not worth it especially if they wouldn't have money to pay you.

There are different kinds of herpes tho... mouth herpes is the one almost everyone carries but doesn't necessarily break out. the std herpes is different....
