I hope they find another solution for this because it's delaying the show.

Do you hear that? It's poison.

I'm in the same position. The card I bought my ticket with expired this July, I'll probably call the venue because I am not sure what else I can do :emma:

It's paper less ticketing. It says that the original person who bought the tickets needs to be present with ID and with the original card used to make the purchases.  She renewed it so idk if that will affect it.

There is a way to transfer it to your card if you call ticketmaster. They will explain the process!

If you just show them the card with the last 4 digits they will be good

Then, I'm glad that I didn't destroy the card :)

Same situation... the venue is using some app for the entrance. But I'm not sure for the CTM VIP early admission. They might need the card and swipe it, but my card was stolen and replaced with a new number. Let me know how it works out for you

Why are they even doing the credit card thing in the first place?

It's supposed to stop scalpers from being able to buy tickets, their tickets are worthless if people can't use them. JWT is the perfect example of why this solution is pointless though.. all that happens is you get thousands of angry people stood outside an arena until security give in and let everybody in to stop the situation escalating.

I'm kind of worried as well. My mom and I are going to the show in Atlanta, she bought the tickets with a card that has my dad's name on it. I'm scared bc idk if they'll let us in with my mom's ID. I mean they have the same last name. Wouldn't that be enough?

Honestly, it wasn't that bad. The majority of the Arena was in by 8:30 in Vancouver, show was delayed due to tech issues.

The only tickets that were Credit Card entry were the GA and special packages I believe.

Calling the venue is absolutely the best idea.

tbh this whole credit card thing is really dumb. A lot of people gift tickets, hopefully they will acknowledge this is troublesome and will stop it.

This seems to be the biggest issue thus far for this tour. Its starting the show late.
