She renewed her card, does this affect us in any way? I'm worried since I've Heard they're not letting people In. Anyone please help. It's at the Vegas show. I'm thinking do calling the venue. It says that the original person who bought the tickets needs to be present with ID and with the original card used to make the purchases. She renewed it so idk if that will affect it. For Credit Card Entry, when you used whatever credit card to pay, and accepted the terms, that Credit Card literally became your tickets. The credit card doesn't have to be valid at time of entry, it could have expired, changed, been disabled, but that credit card needs to be swiped to gain entry. Now with a renewal I am unsure if that transfers over to the new card or not, I assume the numbers didn't change just the expiry/code on back. But those numbers may be tied into the tickets, so if she has the original card still you're fine, if not call. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not credit cards but like your ID to prove you're the one who bought the tickets with the availability that you could gift someone tickets and put their names. I called Ticketmaster, they refunded the amount to the old card (which goes into your bank account eventually, but inform your bank of this), then they charged the amount to my new card. You get a new confirmation email with your same tickets but with the new card details attached. It took 10 minutes over the phone and they were super nice. This was Ticketmaster UK, though.
