Joanne era is everything I never wanted from Gaga

Wow the negativity :rip: I mean yeah I entered this era thinking that if she ever touched country I would snap but the influence wasn't that bad and even if I didn't like Million Reasons or some of her era choices I still found things that were really enjoyable about this era, particularly Superbowl, Coachella, outfits and some of the songs.

There's always the one child who has to throw the toys out of the pram, every time she does something. It's predictable and boring.

Just ride it out till the next era. This has been a mixed bag for me too, but it has had some good moments even though it's not what we're used too. I love madonna too but she has done some things I was not excited about, but you just gotta ride it out and move on to the next era. Xoxoxo

Funny thought, I agree that this era is everything I've never wanted from Gaga, but I have completely different reasons :poot: the songs you find the best are the worst for me. For me, this era consolidates an attitude from Gaga that completely erases the "old Gaga". She really is in a different place and the way she treats her music is so off-putting.

Right at the start of the era and calling her fans a 'perfect illusion' wasn't a great start :awkney: there's some good songs on Joanne. Namely dh,ayo, joanne,jw,dic, sinners prayer & angel down but the execution of the era was :green:

the cure... let's not even start :emma:

I get why you may not like it,but look at it this way,a few more months(the tour),and this era is probably over.

But......

First of all,Come To Mama does suit her voice.

Second of all, this tour is amazing,I really think you should check it out.

Third,'Gaga' will probably return after this era, with possibly a pop/EDM record. And maybe she doesn't even want to in the beginning, but she has to,or else her fans will never be grateful for what she gives us......

I hope her next sound is nothing like The Cure. I'd rather have 1000 Joannes more than another The Cure.:lolga:

This post has nothing to do with Joanne itself but the Joanne era. Her face looks bad after the mess of surgery she did to her cheeks. Every time I look at a pic of Gaga during the Joanne era I cringe. I just can't help it!

So we are using mental illness as a joke now?

Oh, please stop victimizing everything. That guy had a point. It's pointless to complain about a thing that cannot change. Almost everything regarding this era is in the past. Getting worked up this much and expressing such a negative opinion about someone we all love, even though fully knowing that and offering no constructive criticism whatsoever may actually point to a mental illness. We shouldn't treat mentally ill people badly. You know what we do with most of them? We put them in special institutes, yet this guy has free speech that offends no less than over 100 people while doing nothing positive in return.

So I have to ask you, what's his point?
