I don't know what's going on with her or her label, but it doesn't even matter anymore. It's just about f*cking time we got new music. My favorites are Hungry, Just Like You, Save It Till Morning, and You Already Know. Enchanted is a mess, it's my least favorite. (I also like M.I.L.F. $ and L.A.LOVE, but we've had those for years now.) I hope she/her label/her team/her producers/etc. made a note from the online backlash it received and they revamp the album (if they still decide to release it at all).
