Yeah she did, she suffered a lot with those two and she was told that she shouldn't get pregnant again. After her first doctors said she shouldn't have a second but she did! If she had a third it could put her health at serious risk hence the surrogacy; I'm sure they'll be a lot of idiots saying she did it for vanity reasons

We kinda already knew this but how far along the surrogate was wasn't clear. I think it's disgusting how so many people still think it's ok to say that Kim only went this route because she didn't want to get fat again. Yes, she made it very clear that she hated the weight gain the first 2 times but what woman doesn't? Waddling around feeling bloated, feeling your fingers and feet swell up and not being able to bend over or see your toes must be hell. And her doctor told her that she suffered from the condition placenta accreta when pregnant with North, which is a potentially life-threatening thing. She took a big risk by having Saint but it's highly unlikely that her body could make it third time lucky meaning that a third and further pregnancy could put her life at risk. Sure, you might say that this family probably invents stuff for drama but have a bit of heart. I'm sure her condition would have been totally accepted without question if she actually were a respected celebrity. And next, there's the accusation that she's just copying Beyonce because she's jealous of her and wants to get one up on her. Umm...Kim had Saint when Beyonce was still a mother-of-one and she'd fallen quiet on the issue of whether she wanted to add to her family, keeping her plans totally private, so we never knew if she was wanting more. Kim, meanwhile, made no secret of the fact that she wanted more babies immediately after North. Mere months after Saint's birth she couldn't stop talking about how she wanted more. She's jealous of Beyonce, no doubt, but I don't think any amount of jealousy would be enough to make you have multiple babies out of spite. She's not Blac Chyna (such shade, sorrynotsorry). I only hope that it's not twins, however, because that's going to fuel massive speculation that Kim ordered the surrogate be put on high levels of fertility drugs in the hope of being impregnated with several babies and thus, equalling or out-doing Beyonce. If she wants more children, just get more separately, not a package deal. I think she's got enough on her hands with 2 children under the age of 5 already. Having twins at this point would be so fishy. Mind you, in general, multiple births are all the rage in Hollywood right now. Makes you wonder how natural all these pregnancies were.

I believe that it was only a rumour up until this point, that they were maybe keeping things quiet so it would be more of a revelation on the show. I just don't think anyone wanted to confirm anything until they were absolutely sure how far along the surrogate was.
