Zephyr 42
Well, in my quest to listen to all of Madonna's discography... I've listened to the following albums in full: - Like a Prayer - Ray of Light - Confessions on a Dance Floor - American Life - MDNA Which one should I listen to next? Don't say Hard Candy, judging by the fan reaction, I'm not too excited to listen to it. LISTEN to Hard Candy. It still has good songs on it. It is a very good album, but not her best by far. Ozzy8923 9
I'm halfway through Where Life Begins and.... I soon understood the lyrics. FLAWLESS. IT GETS BETTER!: Colonel Sanders says it best "Finger lickin' good"....... Innovation at it's best.

IT GETS BETTER!: Colonel Sanders says it best "Finger lickin' good"....... I told you it was the best. No, but actually, wait till you get to Theif of Hearts and RAIN. Rain is her most well-produced track ever.
Ozzy8923 9
E - R - O - T - I - C - A. Well, I finished listening to Erotica and I can honestly say that I definitely enjoyed it. I did think that the album itself is rather long (78 minutes and 24 second long) but worth the listen. I liked every single song at first listen and there are few albums I can say that about. I LOVED the production of the record, Shep Pettibone and Andre Betts did a magnificent job on all of the tracks. I really loved the lyrics (especially to Where Life Begins) and Madonna's vocals suit the songs perfectly (except in Did You Do It? Since 99% of the song is sung by a rapper). My favorites from the album were the following: - Erotica: Definitely my favorite track from the entire record. - Fever: My second favorite. - Deeper and Deeper. - Thief of Hearts (My favorite song from the second half of the album). - Words - Rain - Did You Do It? (One of the few times I've ever actually enjoyed listening to a predominantly rap song). *Special mentioned to Where Life Begins for it's ****ing amazing lyrics and its shout out to Colonel Sanders since I love KFC.* Overall Rating: 8/10. I'm sure that score will go up once I listen to the record more, remember the songs more easily, and adapt to it better. It takes me a while. Slowly my appreciation/liking for Erotica will grow larger and then at some point in the near future I will feel inclined to scavenger hunt every store in Miami until I find the CD (The one with the Parental Advisory sticker on it, because I am NOT here for any clean versions . Especially since the clean versions don't include Did You Do It?) Edited July 5, 2012 by ozzy8923

croboy 1,212
Obviously Madonna would play Madonna in a movie about her, directed by her, with costumes by her and a brand new soundtrack by her. :laughga:

ticktock 0
Cool. I heard about half of HC about 5-6 months ago and I liked most of them (I heard She's Not Me, 4 Minutes, Spanish Lesson, Miles Away, and Devil Wouldn't Recognize You and liked all of them quite a lot). So which tracks do you recommend from BS and Erotica? I hope so. I know that the producer who produced Vogue, did most of Erotica, so I'm hopeful. I already heard the lead single a LONG time ago but never got to listening to the rest of the album. Erotic, Erotic put your hands all over my body... Don't listen to Bedtime Stories. :') It's really more of a fan-only album. Listen to Confessions on a Dancefloor: Hung Up, Get Together, Sorry & Jump. Or more obviously Like A Prayer with Like A Prayer, Express Yourself, etc.
croboy 1,212
What? BS has some of her best songs!
HonourVomit 0
Turn Up The Radio planned for August 5th release seems a bit far away... Hopefully that means they're putting a lot of work into the video. Edited July 5, 2012 by HonourVomit

Ziva 193
I don't know if it's AP and I didn't know anywhere else to post it. So apparently Madonna started crying in the middle of her Like a Virgin performance during her concert in Berlin. http://www.youtube.c...player_embedded @ 3.15 Why? Again for publicity or was this genuine? This is not meant to be any kind of shade against Madonna. Edited July 5, 2012 by Ziva
