Luc 4,776
Exciting! How are the banks doing? Any chance that a crash in Canada could affect the rest of the world? Maybe if the rest of the world keeps doing well and other sectors in Canada pull through you'll survive this without a great crisis with bank bankruptcies. Its gonna take a real crash to be affordable tbh Old townshouses in Toronto are selling for $1.5M to $2M for example $800,000 to $1,000,000 in suburbs 👀

I would assume if theres a downturn condos could fall more than houses since construction was bigger on condos and more supply of condos than houses were added At least in Toronto... for Canada as a whole i dunno which will do worst houses or condos
