Freak Flag Fly everywhere

Born this ways is one of reason she is one LGBT Icon
and the song become modern LGBT by instant no matter you says who did this first
but "Gaga" is the one biggest of the artist of this generation
that really make important movement of LGBT in this ERA and it effectively
and still continue activist with Born This Way foundation with concrete result

I'm just stating facts.

I agree  Gaga's impact in people's life is undeniable

Tho I was talking more about her impact in pop music, and as much as it is one of the best albums of the millenium I don't think Born This Way managed to change pop music the way Blackout, ...Baby One More Time and The Fame Monster did

Is this real?

Like 55k people paid to see Britney only? Or it was - as it seemed - a sort of festival?

I wouldn't even have a clue if the Manchester attack happened if it wasn't for GGD, as I usually do not look at the news or go on social media.  Pretty sure that's the same case as Britney.

Also I really don't see how Britney is even trying to pretend to sing to the audience :oprah: She's really just putting on a show imo :duck:

I also think calling somebody a mumbling baboon is really disrespectful, even if you don't appreciate that person :awkney:

You should watch the news more often. It's important to know what is happening in the world.

actually, it's the second biggest audience for a female and the third biggest overall.

1. michael jackson - 100`000 in 1993

2. madonna - 80`000 in 1993

What is GaGa's position for BTWB or TMB?

I'm like some kind of supernova

Gaga is much more talented than Britney ever was or will ever be but it's a fact that Blackout and ...Baby One More Time both changed the pop scene after their release.

The same can be said about The Fame Monster, it made artist invest more in their videos (Bad Romance), and it made synth/electronic dance music popular which it still is to this day. But beside TFM, Gaga hasn't had a game changing album yet. And no, BTW was not that. It wasn't as successful as TFM, nor as impactful. Gaga wasn't the first to make empowering music about acceptance. Madonna, Michael Jackson  and even Christina Aguilera did that before Gaga was even a pop star.

So no I'm not shading Gaga, I worship her, I'm just stating facts.

Edit: @baptism I'm not even getting into your insults towards me or Britney cause you're clearly a child and I suggest you to grow up.

The Fame : it changed the pop face from 2008-2011 (until Adele came) as it grew its reign up to now, artists were inspired by its synth-pop, electronic sound.

On a more pressing matter, did she sing live? :awkney:

Why would she suddenly start singing live after years and years of not doing it?

Anyway, congrats to her this is huge :applause:

Britney only. International acts are usually doing Yarkon Park cause the only bigger stadiums/venues Israel has to offer are a bit far from Tel Aviv.

Gaga did Tel Aviv twice (first with the Fame Ball and lately with ArtRave). Her gig at this same venue had boxscore attendance of 18,000 with police reporting about 30,000 people. Anyway it took place right after the 2014 Gaza war ended and Tel Aviv was being targeted by rockets for about a month so her numbers are resonate.

When I say The Fame Monster I mean both The Fame / The Fame Monster because they were released very close to each other, TFM is an EP and they have mostly the same sound. So yeah
