I love Dope and the emotion of the song (BuyARTPOPoniTunes) but that took it to a whole new level. So... What lyrics penned by Gaga get you every time? The lyrics that make you emo level sad. My top 3. 1. "Each day I cry, I feel so low from living high." This is pretty self explanatory, but every time I listen to Dope, this lyric gets me. 2. "If I can't find the cure, I'll fix you with my love" When you take away the bopiness of "The Cure", and just read this lyric without the melody behind it, it is a very sad and desperate lyric. Knowing realistically that there is no cure and you can't do anything to save your loved one expect give them all the love you have is so heartbreaking. 3. "Cause it's a fired-up world, make it all make sense..." This one is more the way Gaga sings this line and this song. Idk, this part just make me feel a very nostalgic/reminiscent type sadness. That song is basically saying "please forgive me little monsters because it would rip my heart out to be without you. I'm not even sure I would even get up in the morning without you".
