A day after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that he’d be delaying the vote on the Senate health care bill until after the July 4th recess, protesters showed up outside a Republican senator’s Washington office to try to convince him not to vote for the bill.

As shown by MSNBC above, the protesters were engaged in a sit-in across from Toomey’s office. As one protester was dragged away by security, she could be heard shouting “please don’t let me die!”

And, as seen below, a protester could be heard yelling “kill the bill, don’t kill me” while being pulled away by officers.

Isn't this against their "first amendment rights"?

Yes but it depends if the protest is peace and if it's in a public place or not.

I was asking more of a rhetorical question, but it's just funny that peaceful protesters always get shunned and thrown out. It's hypocritical of the opposite side to do so.

"Please don't let me die!"

Iconic and horrifying at the same time.
