I think Katy's includes streaming units right from the beginning.

Gaga's numbers are missing the streaming numbers from 2016 since until 2016 only sales without streaming units were counted.... They changed the rule in January 2017 counting now sales + streaming. 

I guess Joanne is at about 1.7-1.8 M SPS worldwide.
