no one has to buy other tickets if we already have tickets

I'm talking about the ones who will ask for a refund,

The German dates will be packed, Cologne GA literally sold out in 10 minutes. I know TONS of people (including me) who PRAY for people to ask for refunds so we can snatch new ones.
