In the end, the Grammys are pure TRASH. God, I hate them so much. Between the Oscars, Tonys and Emmys, they're the worst. 

The Oscars would NEVER nominate something like Shake it Off, for example.  Stop putting quantity over quality or you're gonna end up like the VMAs.

Million Reasons - Lady Gaga

Honestly I'm even expecting a nomination. Her best chance is pop vocal album and thats given the current conditions. MR would have had excellent chances if it were as big as 24k magic at least. I would be happy if she got at least 1 nom. But if we have the hopes like we usually do, then I'd say we can hope to get SOTY and a big stretch to ROTY (which is surely not happening).

 And to y'all talking *****t about SOTT 

That's a song that's really critically acclaimed and had the same peak as MR. And given the Grammy committee's preference on male artists... 

And MR was at doing worse than praying without the SB performance. So I'm Def not expecting it to be nominated for SOTY or ROTY. Just to give y'all perspective, even if Kesha did the SB and performed Praying, It would've gone top 5.

This won best original song at the 2012 Oscars

At the 2012 Grammys it lost to the far superior song which wasn't even nominated for an oscar.

I'm not talking about songs, sis. I just used that to make a point. Best Original Song is the weirdest category. But, for example, they didn't nominate See You Again and it was a monster hit. 

If the Oscars were like the Grammys, the nominations would be something like: Best Picture - Transformers, Annabelle, one movie with The Rock and Zac Efron, Fast & Furious, and The Emoji Movie. Where's the credibility?

I'm not so sure about Rainbow, but damn, her "comeback" was one hell of a story. 

They nominated Demi last year (Pop Vocal Album) so I'm expecting something.
