You cant but once you have a radio deal, usually they spin the song like every hour or so, and then once the deal is over it goes into 'normal playlists' and it gets less spins than before. So it's receiving less spins which means = less audience than before

But then wouldn't they just add the [now lesser] amount of spins they played after the deal rather than subtract?  

Or do they not track the entire/actual amount of spins + audience for the song

There are tracking periods as well, that's why

I think it's the first time since The Fame Monster/ The Fame that we have a Gaga album in the top 40 of US iTunes 11 months after its release 

I don't think ARTPOP was in top 200 at iTunes in October 2014  because us artRave shows had been over by that time 

And Born This Way was also unlikely to appear in the top of US iTunes in April 2012, since BTWB was not about to begin in the States till 2013

And this only proves that this album actually clicked with the gp, not just with her fans. 

All the monsters bought the album waaay back so these sales are really from new fans or casual listeners which is awesome!

Yeah, and the album probably clicks with the general audience because of the tour, because it's the tour that keeps the record afloat now. There are many casual music fans at Joanne shows! I have noticed that a lot of youtube channels that post Joanne tour videos have some other recordings of the great musicians
