We gotta face the reality of it all too: Chronic pain only gets worse with age and she broke her hip 4 years ago now. Gaga's probably thinking for the long-term and her goal to perform as long as she's capable of. She might do a 120-date tour every 3 years and then have to retire for health reasons at 45 or do a 60-date tour every 4 years and keep on performing in her 60's.

Also she is huge now. It's pointless to do so many dates or add a second date to a city when she can charge more money to increase boxscore, if that's the end result we want to see as fans for bragging rights.. (Beyonce tease) The fact that she is not price gouging her tickets, shows that she wants to give her fans a great show at a reasonable price. Remeber if you add all the dates when she toured for the first three years, you'll actually see that she she performed an average of one show every three days. I did the math and posted it like three years ago during the ARTPOP era.) It's no wonder she broke her hip, and that doesn't even count her promo performances on TV or radio concerts. I don't think she should ever do that again.

Since Angel Down is one of my favourite Gaga ballads (next to MR and Joanne) I would like to see how a GagaxRedOne collaboration evolved and their artistic progress together changed in time. I don't think that it would sound like another PF or JD  but something new with elements of their previous work which could give flashbacks......

I highly doubt it. Sometimes when I think about it I sort of feel bad for RedOne lol. He clearly loves making music with Gaga so much but she finds their final work to be of lesser quality or something. Also it must be sad to work with her for her new record only to be ditched last minute for Mark Ronson. Obviously he is professional enough and has years of experience in this industry to not let something like that hurt him or to take it too personally but based on his tweets he really seemed to be bothered by having his work disregarded this time around. The fact she only left one of their tracks together on Joanne must be a bummer.

Me too...super curious. I think it was something she assumed we'd love. Also judging by that gif it must have been one hell of a bop. Gaga rarely tweets like that about her songs so it must have really been great. Oh well.

we used to be so on top of insiders information. Some random Twitter would post a blurry pic and they're be a 100 page long thread on it. Now we have multiple people saying "hey Gaga is coming like in a few days" and it's not a big deal  

The fan base has shrunk through out the years, has aged (for the most part), has learned not to get too hyped and has stopped being as obsessive I think.

None of those suggestions could help lol. She has done those things. Like @DonnieDarko mentioned, the only way for Gaga to truly fix her streaming issues is to release a catchy song, feature a strong streaming artist, make a killer visual and consistently release great mvs. We know that's not happening for many reasons. We just got to take what we get and appreciate it.

Yeah...but I learned to accept these sort of things. Gaga is probably one of the pop girls who has had the most missed opportunities..but hey! at least we got the song lol she could of easily just kept it for her self and her friends like she has done for many of her other unreleased tracks.

This is probably the biggest mystery to me about her career trajectory. I get how she has sold less records and how her mv streams have decreased DRASTICALLY. It makes sense. But her social media presence and stuff..it makes no sense. She posts as much as she used to at her peak.
