The number I used are 

San Francisco: 39k (confirmed)

Chicago: 38k

New York: 80k (2x 40k)

Boston 74k (2x 37k)

She definitely should work with Fernando Garibay again (DITD is my favourite Gaga song). Do we know why they haven't since BTW? Was there a fight?

So, it's a quarter of a million if you count all free loaders (Periscope, rooftops, outside looking in, etc). Not bad at all.
