No, because travel warnings and alerts are issued by the State Department for US citizens travelling internationally. You can learn the difference between a warning and alert here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/alertswarnings.html Alerts or warnings have not been given to specific European cities but there is a continent-wide alert in place: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/alertswarnings/Europe.html If there was an increased threat in any area of the USA the Department of Homeland Security would make a statement regarding a certain area. US embassies abroad also caution US citizens to avoid specific areas where there is a current incident occurring. Canada might feel Michigan is dangerous but as far as I can tell they have not issued any type of alert for their citizens nationwide: https://travel.gc.ca/destinations/united-states I'm sure foreign embassies might have alerted their citizens in the USA to avoid this airport, however. You are so triggered by an alert...something that has been done for decades now. If they know that airline travel or airports in the US are particularly dangerous during a certain time, they will increase the terrorist threat level.
