It's also obvious that you have been waiting a long time for the leak to happen. So why hasn't it leaked? To me the answer is that the only people that have/bought the album are only Katy's fans. And these fans are pretty much unwilling to leak the album to protect Katy's sales/streams. If some other people from other fanbases or some random people from the GP already had the album, Witness would probably be everywhere right now. So if Katy's fans bought the album early, why are some of you not buying the album to leak it? (I am referring to those (non-Katy fans) who live in the same places as those who already bought/got the album). I basically don't know how these Katy fans got the album early. I just assumed it was already out in other countries or that some stores are selling early. They don't realize that they are decreasing Gaga's initial album sales. But I am pretty sure that some other fanbases have or have attempted to leak Gaga's music. Specially members on ATRL.
