You know what would be cool? If everybody added their total chart positions, (#79 = 79 points), divide that by the total amount of weeks a song was on the chart, and then have that as it's "overall" score. The song with the smallest score could be the "biggest hit" of the thing. Idk how incorporating extra weeks could work, but I'm just throwing around ideas
