She has one of the best discographies of pop music, she was one hell of a performer in her prime, and she has given so many iconic looks, performances, music videos, and pop culture moments. Regardless, any time people take this stance against Spears I will always bring up the fact that Britney Spears has given Christina Aguilera a big, big spanking. Christina Aguilera is supposed to be a superior singer and more importantly, a superior artist. Yet "Toxic" is listed ahead of "Beautiful" and every single Christina Aguilera song 99% of the time for the best songs of the 2000s and is likely now one of the greatest pop songs ever recorded. So for all of Christina Aguilera's artistry, Toxic>Christina Aguilera's entire discography. That is hilarious. While I think she should sing songs like "Everytime" or "Lucky" live, she can still sell out stadiums internationally in 2017, which is a massive stretch for Christina Aguilera. She gets a free pass for the lipsynching. You don't walk into a Britney Spears show expecting a live band, killer vocals, and amazing music that's going to bring you to tears. You expect fireworks, glittery costumes, props, sets, and Britney doing her thing to all the hit singles you love. That's what you get. Don't be fooled. Many artists lip synch and just hide it better.
