Song was super disappointing, let's see if the vid's any better

EDIT: Yep, the video's really good. I like how she incorporated different styles of dances :giggle:

I actually think the song is the best solo-work she's put out since 2015...

It's a cute video! I'm not keen on the Lil Wayne part, but I like it!

I still don't understand how Bebe didn't blow up with some of her earlier stuff. Even her more recent stuff like 'I Got You' has smash written all over it and is a major bop and should have been huge :madge:

I edited, I meant to say 2015 to reference that I Don't Wanna Grow Up EP was her best work.

The Way I Are (Dance with Somebody) is more reminiscent of I Don't Wanna Grow Up than any of her recent songs, in my opinion. Yea, it's a little more pop but I'm glad she seems to be moving away from the urban, hip-hop sound. The music on I Don't Wanna Grow Up seems much more authentic and I feel like this song (and video) are more reminiscent of that authenticism than AYF.

I think she's becoming a puppet of the media, if she isn't already. This isn't a bad song, but she said before that All Your Fault pt. II would be more pop, and idk, I just expected more. Lil Wayne's verse is pretty bad, and the song is kinda strangely constructed. That's my opinion tho.

btw, IDWGU is some of the best pop released this decade in my opinion. Too bad that she seems to be straying away from the quality.

It is. Trust me, I prefer pop-rock, brunette Bebe to this manufactured version. As I said...it just doesn't seem authentic. :saladga:

She's great but the Lil Wayne part is a freakin third of the song and just goes on...and on...and on...
