Im saying that it's not like everywhere you turn (in America) is someone holding a gun up to you and threatening to kill you (like some people have been making America seem). I'm saying that as a supporter of gun control and someone who lives in a conservative state that the community LOVES guns, I'm not scared to step out my door. It's just generalizing the problem across the entire country. If you went anywhere in the world, there are terrible things happening. (Minus security officers). If I, in a red state where conceal carry has been legal forever and recently just passed open carry and have yet to see a gun....
