It doesn't really go with the Joanne aesthetic. I'm sure she'll do it on the tour, but there haven't really been appropriate opportunities for it yet. 

She's done this before. She never performed Donatella and I think MJH before the artRAVE, and even more during the BTW era.

What I think is that it was supposed to be a single at some point before TC came out and she probably didn't want to put it out there too much and keep the excitement for when it dropped. Orrrrrr second thought, the theme of the song is pretty basic and meh and the rest of the album is deep and she wanted the GP to have that idea when they baught the album.

I think she only kept the song out of respect to her time with Beck. She is a huge stan of his but I think she did not really like what they came up with but kept it on the album to show how much she appreciated his time and effort. Deep down inside I feel like she is almost embarrassed of it or something  

Also I feel like Gaga knows how it is such a fan favorite but she is conflicted in the fact that it is so out of the Joanne general theme in general and she does not want DIC to detract the fans and the GP from the core message of the record which is that of loss, heartbreak and healing. DIC is a self pleasuring sexual anthem and does not really represent the album and so in order for her to not distract us from those themes she is completely ignoring DIC.

Why wouldn't she ignore the worst 'possible single' song in her discography if she ignored the best?

Because it doesn't really fit with the rest of the album. It's the only song that's really sexual and it just feels weird in an album dedicated to her aunt.

I think she probably likes the song but is waiting for the right moment to play it, i.e. to fans on tour.

Well, this was a short visitation, a couple of months at GD since AP faded. Oh well, I get why people are tuning out Gaga now. There's no connection here to the fans. I hope her movie goes well but Gaga is just sort of everyday normal now. I loved the crazy, insane, envelope pushing Gaga. She might as well get into her soccer mom van and ride into the sunset.

Why did she ignore pretty much every song that wasn't a single or promo single? seriously, you guys sometimes ask the most weird questions. Why would she not ignore DiC? It's not a single. She's even ignoring the singles, and that is what's wrong.

 

DiC is not even that good.

Off topic, but... I remember when the tour started I was already tired of BTW, TEOG and acoustic Y&I and Hair since those were the only songs she used to perform (can't say much about poor sis Judas), but I had to be patient  . So sad we never got professional recording/filming for the rest of the songs.
