She has it tattooed on her body and it's actually over her heart (or more the section of ribs that protect her heart). It's her way of saying that monsters will always have her heart ♥️. There will never be another celeb who loves their fans more than gaga does. We aren't "just" fans to her. We're so much more I love you monsters. She realized that it could've just as easily been any of us and that very thought scared her. I don't think we can even begin to imagine how much she loves her monsters.
