It means they are yet to confirm it being a suicide bombing but the bomb did kill people. Also other sources are calling it a suicide bombing. We all want peace but in that position, can you really blame people for being consumed by hatred? Past month ‘deadliest on record’ for Syrian civilians killed in US-led air strikes I think what @HOMODRAKE is saying is that humankind have always been driven into violence.
