Only the MV of BA fill the budget from the 3 Joanne MV, no to mention the huge deal with Spotify, the insane radio deal of CTTR (it reached like 60M of AI the first week in US) and the fact that all 3 singles of Witnness have a feat, 2 of them with major artist. The term "payola" in general is incorrectly used so many times by chart watchers. I won't lie, you can find a post where I've incorrectly used it as well.
