If its buy the ticket and get an album free, it wont count. If she has two different prices, one for ticket & tour and one for ticket only, that will count for people who get the bundle. She could also "redeem" the album where people buy tickets, and then they get an email with the ticket and another with the album, and to get the album you need to click the download button-- then it will count. So not every person who gets a ticket will get the album-- those dont count. There needs to be some sort of opt-in by the buyer to show they want the album specifically. She does what she can, and is still good. I agree, I'm not saying that we need a new performance & interview every single day like we did during BTW era. There's an extreme difference between that and what she does now, and there is a healthy middle ground. Like... Properly timed & good quality music videos, beneficial deals with radio and streaming services, pushes in places more than just US, not going completely MIA on social media every couple of months etc. You gotta hand it to her team, Joanne as an album was handled great, but in the US only. But the singles... no. I really can't think of a single pop girl in recent memory who didn't give a single televised performance of their lead single during it's cycle. MR had a lot of performances, but the messy way in which it was released (late switch around with AYO) and the lack of support made many of those performances have minimal impact on the Hot 100. Thank god the Super Bowl gave it a nice peak because even though it was nice to see it shoot up iTunes every single time she sang it, the era as a whole was frustrating. I'm not mad over it really, I'm just saying that she is constantly mismanaged, or at least not managed at a level competent enough to give her the level of success that she deserves - and it's totally attainable.
